At the same time, Samuel Morse sent the first telegraph message across the world in the United States—“What hath God wrought?”—a quote from the Bible (Numbers 23:23). This marked the birth of instantaneous communication, symbolizing the breaking of physical barriers just as the Báb broke spiritual ones.

The “Letters of the Living”: A Living Flame of Unity
